A six-day annual leadership summit for one of the world's largest direct sales organizations brought 3,000 top performing distributors to Vienna. Conference Rental delivered the full multilingual infrastructure across three venues.
3,000Attendees from 95+ countries | 28Languages delivered | 12Events across 6 days | 3Venues across Vienna |
The challenge
Twelve distinct events across three venues, in formats ranging from plenary training halls to a major awards ceremony to an intimate executive boardroom session. The delivery had to land flawlessly from day one, in the most visible week of the client's calendar.

The solution
More than 60 interpreters worked remotely from hubs and home studios around the world, feeding live interpretation into the Vienna venues in real time.
A 12-person team covered the full week from the UK, France, Belgium, South Africa, and the US, coordinating technical delivery across venues, sessions, and language requirements.

Main hall: FM and BYOD language access
The main hall combined FM language distribution with Bring Your Own Device audio, supporting 22 languages simultaneously.

Austrian regulatory compliance
Austria operates one of the strictest FM environments in Europe.
Conference Rental secured 25 FM licenses for the week and deployed transmitters calibrated to remain within Austria’s regulatory requirements while reaching every delegate cleanly across the halls.

Executive leadership boardroom
The executive boardroom used a triple hollow square configuration with 250 dual delegate push-to-talk microphones and 13 languages available through the microphone units.
Each delegate could independently select any available language, a format usually reserved for multilateral government meetings.
An auto-tracking video system followed active speakers, giving remote interpreters the visual cues needed to follow live discussion.

The week's keynote landed live in more than 20 languages in the same breath. One voice on stage, every delegate in their own language.
The results
12 events delivered across 6 days, with zero missed sessions
28 languages supported across the program, 22 simultaneous at peak
25 FM licenses secured in Austria, with transmitters calibrated inside the local regulatory envelope
60+ interpreters coordinated remotely, with no on-site booths, reducing freight, travel, and venue footprint
Executive boardroom delivered in 13 languages with delegate-level language selection
Every delegate served in their working language across the full six-day program
