A flagship annual meeting brought 5,000 attendees to Anaheim for six days of sessions across three venues. Conference Rental delivered the full interpretation solution, combining technology, interpreters, and on-site support across the event.
The challenge
What began with BYOD in 2024 continued in 2025 and grew into a much broader collaboration.
For Anaheim, the client chose Conference Rental to manage the complete interpretation delivery, bringing technology, equipment, interpreters, and on-site support under one team.
The challenge was to create one coordinated multilingual experience across 40 sessions, seven meeting rooms, and three venues.

The solution
Easy language access through BYOD
Attendees could access interpretation directly from their own smartphones.
They simply scanned a QR code or clicked a weblink in the event app.
Phone rentals were also available on-site for attendees who needed a device.
8 languages, powered by a more flexible workflow
One of the most impressive parts of the setup was the deployment of 32 interpreter booths across three venues.
Using Conference Rental’s remote simultaneous interpretation solution, interpreters worked from laptop-based soft consoles instead of traditional hardware.
This created a more flexible workflow for delivering eight languages across 40 sessions and seven meeting rooms, with AI support available where needed.
